
1. How much is the deposit? Our security deposit is $100 per applicant with approved credit. 2. What is your pet policy? We welcome pets up to 40 lbs on any floor level. Certain breeds we will allow over 40 lbs on the first floor only. The pet fee is $250 and the refundable pet deposit is $150. We do not allow Pitt bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, or Dobermans. Except while in the dog park, pets must be leashed at all times outside of your apartment. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up pet waste. Bags are provided at the dumpsters and dog park. 3. What utilities are included? We pay for water, sewage, and valet trash. You are responsible for gas and electric. 4. How do I get into the gym, basketball court laundry, or business center? During office hours, access these areas through the Phase II clubhouse. After office hours, or for the Phase I clubhouse, use your access card. You can get your access card with a $40 refundable deposit. 5. Does Eastover Ridge change my light bulbs for me, or am I responsible for this? We replace your light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, and air filters for you. 6. Why doesn't my dishwasher work? Try flipping the switch beside the garbage disposal. If it still doesn't work, give us a call. 7. I lost my convenience list, what is the number for...?
8. When is your blood drive and how do I sign up? Community Blood Center of the Carolinas will have their bloodmobile by the phase II clubhouse on May 9th from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. You can sign up for an appointment online with sponsor code HOME or by calling Kathryn at 704-347-3473. |
